Cara pembuatan Pancake Lipat
- Jika memakai skm cair tidak perlu tambahkan gula pasir. Jika memakai air biasa, tambahkan gula pasir 4 sdm atau sesuai selera.
- Kocok lepas telur, masukkan gula, kocok lagi sampai mengembang.
- Masukkan susu/air, tepung. Campur hingga larut..
- Masukkan minyak/mentega cair. Aduk sampai mencampur semuanya.
- Panaskan teflon. Tuang adonan sebanyak 1 sendok sayur. Ratakan tipis agar mudah dilipat.
- Saat sudah mulai muncul gelembung, taburi isian meises atau keju, lalu lipat sambil ditekan-tekan..
- Ulangi langkah 5-6 hingga adonan habis.
- Sajikan.
